So yeah, I totally agree with you. I'm 10 minutes into the album and it is completely uninspired, predictable, and boring. There's no emotion in it. I'd give it a 6/10.

I agree. I hope that it is just a mediocre album that is a precursor to another amazing one. Hope they aren't just getting old and stuck in their ways. They are one of my favorite bands of all time though, so hard to say this.

That's disappointing. But hey, every artist is entitled to have their shitty album. What would you compare it to in terms of overall sound, Hail to the thief, In Rainbows, Ok Computer, or Kid A? I'll listen to it first thing tomorrow morning.

I haven't listened to Radiohead's new album (blasphemy!)
Feel free to virtually slap me.
I liked Reckoner, Videotape, and 15 step off their In Rainbows album.
But when I find some time I definately will listen to their newer stuff.

I was obsessed with those songs too. Especially videotape when I first heard it.
I was a let down by the new album, it didn't seem to have as much power and newness as their other work. I wonder if you will agree. it is still pleasing to the ears, but doesn't draw me in as deeply as their past music. (it's ok, I listened to it illegally, so slap me back ;) )

As soon as I saw the eyes I knew it was Thom Yorke. Have you heard his relatively new song "Hearing Damage"? If not, listen to it b/c it's freaking sick.
Is this an ink print using Linoleum,... maybe? Anyway I like the simplicity and use of different patterns.

Thanks! It's actually a scan of the linoleum block, I liked the texture. Since this I painted the whole block black and rolled silver paint over just the surface of the block, I have it hanging on my wall. :)
Hearing damage is A-MAA-ZING!! I listened to it nonstop for a while! What do you think of Radiohead's new album?

It reminds me of the music video for "There There", where he turns into a tree.

This works so well with the 'edgy' quality of the woodblock, really captures the mood of a lot of Thom's music.

Damn, that's one of the coolest videos I've ever seen! Reminds me a little of some of Rauld Daul's stories and Redwall. I must have subliminally picked up on Thom's earthiness when I made the woodcut.
